There are always new things coming our way in life.

We can never stop them.

I'm just happy that nowadays, the new things that do come my way are always things that make me happy.

Not frustrating, not problematic and definately won't make me cry.

I didn't go for prom, instead i spent time with someone super sick in Nobu, and went for a movie afterwards.

I didn't regret not going for prom.

It was a choice well chosen and after all.....nothing can beat good food and good company.

I'm currently on the brink of jumping off a cliff due to various reasons...

Collection of dust.

Considering the fact that i've had exams for an entire week and also the fact that i've finished up all my mbs one whole week before the end of the month...my blog has been collecting dust like....(couldn't think of good metaphors)

Tiffy, Joyce, Grace, en tzer left just now....sob.....they get to spend an extra sunday back home...while i'll be just here...erm...doing the obvious...PACKING.

I HATE PACKING..

IT IS STRESSFUL...

anyways...exams was seriuosly stressful...i've been coughing like mad for 2 whole weeks and i obviously haven't recovered yet...just got double dose antibiotics yesterday and whats more...i've only been having about 3 hours sleep every night during exams.

Thats over now at least.

Yesterday was HARDCORE SHOPPING day!!!
Began the day by WALKING all the way to Smith Street, then we went to Chadstone....WOO!!! Then after that ...we went to DFO...AGAIN.. (went there thursday night already)....WOO!!!

After that...walking was just agony lar..

But its good exercise anyways..WOO!!!

SUGAR RUSH NOW...had coco rice crispies was breakfast just now!!! Which is...GOOD!!!!WOOOO!!! SHINY NAILS!!!WOO!!!

I'M SICK.

For an entire week i haven't been feeling well, on a off again i would feel better but since saturday I've been losing my voice and i officially lost it on Monday. And guess what, monologue exam was yesterday.

Anyways, went on with the exam and half way through i coughed like mad and lost my voice yet again. Dumb right? Just glad i got my voice back today but couldn't sleep well cause been waking up like a millions of times while sleeping cause of the cough.(feel so bad for yoke....sorry if i woke you up in the middle of the night)

Being sick isn't good neh..

Having my voice back is a good thing, but now i have a runny nose and coughing worse and worse.
I've seen the doctor already, prescribed me an antibiotic. I think there are about 30 there...wth?

Yesterday was Xian's birthday, they celebrated it on Sunday night already but then they wanted him to think that we forgot all about it and it was impromptu celebration and all that crap...so yesterday night celebrated again and all the gifts were handed to him. Hazel and Jasmine made this really cool guitar shaped card and they boought him a shirt from myers. Jia Yang, yoke, su and I gave him SUPERMAN BOXERS. SHINY SUPERMAN BOXERS. Cause he wears his boxers around albert house all the time.

I'm currently supposed to be in HOI but don't wanna go lar...i don't wanna spread my virus around. i know sharing is caring but i don't think anyone wants to share a virus from yours truly.

Oh yea and i couldnt' hear really well cause i have this mild ear infection...SPEAK LOUDER WHEN YOU'RE TALKING TO ME!!!

Sales are on and of course...ermm....nevermind.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST, i've handed in my HOI ESSAY!!! At least that's worth celebrating. But we got our literature essay questions straight away after that. Haven't chosen or read the questions yet. I shall do that later.

Hmm.....what causes drowsiness?? Seriously need something like that to sleep well without waking up...Or if i do wake up in the middle of the night i'll be too drowsy to notice. Good yea?Su's Linctus is obviously not working....

Pinafores are NOT sexy.
They are far from sexy and puhlease find something more intellectual to talk about like how stupid your face looked when you said that.
I mean, come on, I've been wearing a pinafore for 5 miserable school years in Secondary suffering dumb Malaysian education, enduring some teachers not giving their best and I've NEVER once thought of the pinafore as being sexy.
For those of you who don't already know. The Malaysian pinafore is a standard school uniform worn by all students studying in public schools.

This is actually what I did cause i was sooo bored that day...how many days ago? 2? Can't remember. Nevermind. Other than that, HOI is seriuosly causing crap loads of stress for everyone here. And i've got my exam timetables already. It seemed like it was only a few weeks ago that we got the previous one? sigh. study ar? So lazy..don't feel like it.

Forgot to add about Sweeney Todd...just went for the live version of it in union theatre last night with su, yoke, xian, wai hoe, mel, kai yi, yi wen and jun kit...(so many...no wonder there's this thing about the tour group). Anyways...enjoyed it a lot...though the throat cutting part was erm...scary...yes...scary even for a stage show. The actors' voices were apparently good. Oh and Pirelli's moustache fell off...haha...that was funny.

I didn't sleep during HOI, or LIT or CHEM!!! Though i wanted to....o nvm. There was free coffee outside Union House since monday. Have been taking free coffee for 3 days but didnt' go today cause i didn't pass by. I heard there was free Vitamin Water too..went there to get it but they were gone...too bad. I ACTUALLY LISTENED a teeny weeny little bit in math today. Not bad leh...not bad at all...

This is seriously not going chronologically lar. I started going for the Flare dance thing last friday. Joined the modern jazz/ ballet thing. I came back with dead muscles and difficulty in walking up or down the stairs. The feeling of your legs falling off was crap. seriously. But went again on monday and after that my legs feel fine. I can walk normally. Walking to school on monday was agony. Every step i took from saturday morning to monday afternoon was agony....YES..IT WAS THAT BAD.

Anyways..typing in dark red....is fun. Should do this more often....my eyes are bleeding from reading my own typing....

I'm done now...back to HOI...dumb hoi.....

weekly flashback

It has been one week leh.....my parents came last saturday morning and left last night....*tears*

Sigh...it was a fun week...and hectic..cause i had to go out a lot to meet up with them to makan...(not that i'm complaining...who complains about food?)

Now i can actually cancel out stuff from my list of food that i wanna eat.

Dress hunting was a failure and i wore my black dress on saturday night...mm...saturday night...such fun...saturday was my cuzzie's wedding...it was so so so nice!

Oh yea...fyi...i didn't buy a lot okay? only one scarf, tights and loads of food. Mummy brought me tonnes of shoes though...NICE.....and loads of err....knit wear...haha...bottle neck geh..how to wear ar?? mm and my black bag, beige back, white bags and teddy bear bag...they're all here...reunited with me!!! muahahaha..

i know i haven't been blogging for a while now and i think i'm leaving out many many things that need to be said as i type this...so...erm...O YEA...mummy washed most of my stuff for me....i'm so happy!!

Point being...i forgot to tell ya'll i got my HOI essay assignment already....

THATS ALL.

2 week recap.

Today is Anzac day...public holiday, therefore no school...which means...yayness.
But then...the church is right outside my room so i can hear the offkey singing of church goers and the bell just went dong dong dong at about 7 or 8. Anyways...singing has ended....very good...
I am sad...i am really really sad..so what have i done in the past 2 weeks??
Ans: emo-ing, going to school, eating really really disgusting food, eating loads of gelato and emo-ing..yet again school started already..for 2 weeks now..

Been to school...those who went back home for the holidays came back...good for them?? oh i'm still so jealous..go home makan...haircut and whatever psycho thing you can think of lar.

Then school was just the usual stuff....waking up early almost everyday...yea...everyday...its getting warm again...So by now if you've not noticed anything about melbourne weather..its just that it can get cold today...and warm tomorrow. OR..cold in the morning or warm in the evening or the other way around...weird. So if i wore shorts in the morning...chances are i'll probably freeze to death when i'm walking home at 5 something. So for the past 2 weeks i've only been wearing shorts to school cause it was warm in the moening...and the rest...ermm..(in the evenings it got cold)...thats all i can say.

Last Sunday, yoke yee, evie, joyce and i went to Chapel street to shop. That place was fun....Long long long street of neverending shops...wooh...but then...everything was too expensive. So all i got was a skirt, but thats fine. For dinner, 25 of us went to Sophia's in Camberwell for dinner. The portions were so huge we couldn't finish anything and then the paying part was troublesome..cause we got the wrong bill...and the wrong bill was a dollar cheaper than the right one...oh well...dinner was really fun though...haha....but then....i was so bloated after that. Oh and never wear a short skirt and sit on a metal bench on a cold night....chances are your butt might get stuck to the bench(that did not happen)...ooohhh...and then there was also an english cocker spaniel in the train on our way home...too bad i don't have pics of dinner. The waiting-for-train part was a camwhoring session...need i say more?

Then school for a whole week and YESTERDAY...
After math lecture(which was as usual...boring..i didn't sleep though..) Amanda, su, joyce and i went to Melbourne Central cause apparently there's a sale. Sigh...Melb Central was so depressing i don't really wanna talk about it but when i was browsing through the shops, i noticed how much everything was either too expensive or too common. And i started getting depressed and wanted to go home...Then i realised i was just homesick...severely homesick and really really wanna go home.
And then....came dinner time...sighhhhhhhhh....there was something alien in my food. Amy started saying something about her veges being all wilted and unfresh and looked at her veges. Then my natural instincts kicked in and I looked at mine as well....and....A DEAD WORM WAS STARING AT ME ON THE VEGE ON MY FORK....i left dinner and cried myself to sleep. Woke up at 9.45...yoke yee and su went to the park( at night...chi sin gah)...and i had instant noodles....

TODAY... i woke up...watched a korean drama on my laptop..had lunch and went for math support lecture cause i had nothing to do. Guess what we were taught at support lecutre?DERIVATIVES...haha...finished the paprt in like 10 minutes and then the guy was just standing in front teaching...haha...the only funny thing in the whole of lecture was dumpling's STOP mobile theme. Then after that on our way homme i had 3 SCOOP gelato from freddo's.....mmmmmm....i tried new flavours today...finally...Cream Caramel, Berry something and my constantly ordered green tea flavour. It was sooo good...and then we went to QV...i feel so queezy leh when i was there...The sky outside was so gloomy...yee says its gonna rain tomorrow....SAD...anyways...i skipped dinner altogether tonight..couldnt' stant it anymore..must lay off dinner for a few nights before i feel like eating dinner again....

Parents coming in less than 10 days leh...say hi to clothes....say hi to food....say hi to everything else!!!

2 months...

It has been 2 months and something something since I've come to Melbourne.

Holidays have ended and classes have commenced.

I hate waking up in the morning and showering in never warm enough water or even the fact that i have to wake up before 11.

For the holidays I've had fun. I watched Carmen..i went up a mountain and i went shopping.I cooked and played pretty much everyday.

I even didn't touch my books at all. Besides my lit books(Farenheit and Thousand Years of Good Prayers).

Farenheit 451 has at this moment become the most hated book among all Trinity Foundation Studies students.(hmmm i wonder why they hate it so much) ~for very obvious reasons i guess...

To Jhuin...i know things happen and I've forgiven you...things happen and those are the things that usually happen to me. And usually those are the things that are caused by you but as the saying goes...I'M USED TO IT. You know i've forgiven you right? Anyways i don't think you'll be too harsh on yourself cause its just me right?? haha... As for the other person...yea..you're fine too..but too bad you don't even understand it when i say i'm not angry anymore. so there isn't a need to purposely get out of my sight..(if you're doing that lar). Anyways if i can't stand your face i'll probably just punch you right? Yea...good solutions...punching is good.

Anyways i just had my bio practice test. I really regret not studying during the break, not that i did badly or anything but rushing is not a good thing. But i never seem to learn a lesson. Anyways i finished my paper early thats why i had an hours time or more to come back to do this...yea..so now i have to go back for my HOI lecture.. Good luck to me trying not to sleep. But its janusz today so errr...probably won't.

Today memang sial lar...woke up at almost one and had lunch
then went back to room to watch a movie(Nacho Libre)...been watching movies only lately...then read Farenheit..

Then went for dinner...and park

Then grocery shopping...wanted only yoghurt at first but then ended up buying tonnes of cookies...(like yesterdau ended up buying loads of instant noodles and expensive candy that taste like heaven)

Went for ice-cream...after ice cream we bought sushi roll...and after that went back home to eat sushi roll..and watch movie...currently blogging in the corridor cause my laptop sucks and the internet connection is damn weak in my room....

Gonna go watch Carmen soon neh...yay???

And while in Mc'D's queing up for ice cream...(fyi its only 50 cents)...went to the washroom to wash my hands lar..and some weird frea was inside but he didnt' lock the door and i went in and AHHHHHHHHH .... eww..eww..eww....ewww...ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

Haha...anyways...today right.....i didn't do anything thats worth talking about besides buying cookies...woohoo!!

Today, i woke up at 1. Ate breakfast at 1.45. Watched half a movie at 2.30. Handwashed my laundry at 3. Had dinner at 6. Went to Treasury Gardens at 6.45. Went around the city in the city tram from 7 something till 8.

Still in conversion mode...everything here is so damn expensive...can't stand it anymore...must go home to spend money instead of spending it here. But then yesterday we really did something out of the ordinary...nothing we did before and really enjoyed it...though its a pity we didn't get to see the sunset.

Report of yesterday..

1. We went mountain climbing leh...

2. Woke up at 7.40am...earliest in my entire life.(p/s i wake at 8 when i have to go to school)

3. Had breakfast and walked to Flinders Station...not bad leh...not bad at all...

4. Took train to somewhere and stopped to change to another one..and waited there to change for another one.

Oh, 3 quarter of us were left in one station cause the train went away too quickly...WOOHOO?? That was fun.

5. Reached Belgrave and took a bus to the foot or the something of the hill(btw it was Mt. Dandenong.) Oh yea we stopped at Olinda for lunch(expensive but the fish was not bad). Then came the part where we were trying to decide whether we should walk all the way up or take a bus. We took a bus but 3 guys walked up. They reached earlier than us though...wonder legs???

6. We then walked around the entire mountain top and took loads of pics...woohooo...

7. I only have 30 cents left

Hence...tomorrow...Richmond trip will be out and I'll go to NGV..WHERE ENTRY IS FREE....good right???
